Felicity brings 15 years of legal industry experience to her newly created role at Aspen Legal, with extensive strategic growth and client development experience within legal services.
Most recently Felicity was Director of Clients at HPX Group, having previously held business development roles at The Fold Legal and Law In Order.

Speaking of the appointment, Aspen Legal Co-Founder and Director Nat Parbhu says, “We’re delighted to welcome Felicity to the team at this pivotal point in Aspen Legal’s growth trajectory. Aspen Legal has experienced rapid growth within the Sydney legal secondments market, and we’re excited to be able to better connect our Sydney based in-house clients with top legal talent now that we have a team on the ground in NSW. Felicity brings a wealth of experience in growth and business development to the Aspen Legal business. In addition, we have also recently relocated Alys White, our Head of Talent Acquisition, to Sydney. This reflects both the importance of Sydney to our growth agenda, as well as the current state of the secondments market there which is the most active I can recall in nearly ten years of running legal secondment businesses in Australia”.
Aspen Legal is a people-focused commercial and corporate legal secondments business, with clients ranging from ASX200 and multinational corporations, to higher education institutions and start-ups. Aspen Legal also features an advisory “law firm” style business providing legal advice in a bespoke in-house manner.
Aspen Legal is one of Australia’s fastest growing interim legal contracting businesses, with its founders being some of the most experienced legal secondments specialists in the country.
Nat Parbhu says “Corporates have become increasingly sophisticated in how they resource their individual legal service requirements rather than reverting to an outdated panel law firm model in a forlorn hope that one size fits all. Specialist legal secondment providers such as Aspen Legal are no longer regarded as alternative legal services providers but more as the providers of bespoke resourcing solutions. Aspen Legal’s human-centric approach means that it is winning the battle for talent in the interim legal contracting market. As a result, clients have become increasingly aware that the calibre of our secondees far surpasses that of some of the longer term players in the sector who remain beholden to their offshore private equity owners looking to maximise profits above all else”.
