Aaron Mentha

Aaron is the head of Aspen Legal’s law firm. He advises a wide range of Australian and international clients on corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters.

Aaron has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, as well as a particular focus on research, innovation and the commercialisation of technology.

Prior to creating Aspen Legal, Aaron worked in private practice at a leading Australian law firm, was the general counsel and head of strategy for an international generic pharmaceutical company, and created and led the commercial legal team at one of Australia’s leading universities.

Outside of Aspen Legal, Aaron enjoys travel, keeping fit, cooking and spending time with his young family.
