Amelia Abbott is a Legal Director at Aspen Legal, based in Sydney.

Amelia brings over a decade of experience across private practice, NewLaw and in-house roles, specialising in commercial contracting, IP commercialisation and technology transactions.

Prior to joining Aspen Legal, Amelia was an outsourced Senior Legal Counsel for leading universities, major marketplace websites and various technology companies. Amelia’s career also includes a leadership role working with start-ups across all industries at a leading NewLaw firm, as well as working in national law firms on Government major projects.

Amelia brings a pragmatic and commercially oriented approach to legal practice, combining deep technical expertise with an agile and client-focused mindset.
