Andrew Adlam

Andrew is a Co-Founder of Aspen Legal.

Andrew has a wealth of legal management and sales experience from a career spanning over 30 years working across leading international law businesses in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

This includes building the Melbourne secondment business for LOD (formerly AdventBalance), from small beginnings in 2013 to the established LOD business of today. Prior to this, Andrew worked in legal technology sales, after spending more than twenty years as a barristers’ clerk for one of London’s leading barristers’ chambers.

Andrew has also spent time in business consulting after completing an MBA with Melbourne Business School.

Andrew was formerly Head of Client Solutions & Secondments at Aspen Legal before transitioning out of the day-to-day management of the business. He remains actively involved in the secondments side of Aspen Legal in a consulting capacity, maintaining his strong relationships with our clients and extended in Victoria.

Away from work, Andrew is a keen cyclist, sailor and skier.

With over 30 years of legal industry experience across Australia and the UK, Andrew is known for growing strong client partnerships in the secondments space.
