Jane is a Legal Director based in Newcastle, New South Wales.

She is a highly experienced in-house generalist with a strong track record in strategic commercial advice and contract negotiations.

Jane’s expertise spans a diverse range of industries, including technology, regulated sectors, FMCG, not-for-profit, government, and higher education.Recognised for her pragmatic approach and collaborative style, Jane excels at quickly understanding an organisation’s risk appetite and commercial priorities.

Jane joined Aspen Legal in a permanent capacity in 2025 but has been a familiar face in the business for many years, having worked closely with our founders in previous roles as well as most recently on secondment for a range of Aspen Legal clients.
