Kathy Zhai

Kathy is a Talent Manager who is skilled in identifying and attracting high calibre candidates and building strong talent pipelines for a variety of roles across multiple sectors.

Kathy works closely with Aspen Legal’s Director of Talent Acquisition and the broader secondments team to develop and maintain our national talent pool of experienced in-house lawyers.

Since entering the recruitment field in 2021, Kathy has been passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities. She has gained extensive experience recruiting for diverse organisations and she truly excels at understanding the needs of both clients and candidates. Kathy believes that successful placements are built on strong relationships and a genuine desire to help both sides thrive. This is at the heart of everything she does – ensuring the perfect match for a successful and fulfilling experience.

Beyond the office, Kathy enjoys badminton, pilates, and socialising with friends.
