Luke Rollason

Luke is a Legal Director based in Aspen Legal’s Sydney office.

Luke brings over 20 years of experience across private practice and in-house leadership roles, with deep expertise in technology, corporate transactions, commercial contracting, digital health, privacy, procurement and risk.

Prior to joining Aspen Legal, Luke served as Deputy General Counsel at Healthdirect Australia, where he played a key role supporting the organisation's digital health initiatives and complex technology projects.

His career also includes senior roles with Healius and leading international law firms Ashurst and Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft in London.

Luke's blend of private practice and senior in-house experience makes him ideally placed to support our clients on complex commercial, technology and regulatory matters.
